Why your symptoms return—and how to build a body they don’t want to live in.


If we were sitting across from each other at your favorite coffee shop, and you asked me,

Here’s the truth I’ve seen again and again—when the internal environment is dark, heavy, and damp… pathogens thrive. Mold, viruses, bad bacteria, candida—they don’t just show up. They live in places that feel like home.

And if your body keeps becoming that home? There’s a deeper issue to explore.


Most people try to heal from the outside in. They order the supplements. Follow the protocol. Restrict the foods.

But no matter how “clean” the protocol is, it won’t stick if the internal roadmap is faulty.


You need new roads.

You need to build a body that doesn’t welcome these intruders.

✅ Pray over your thoughts. Ask for divine help to shift what you believe about your body and its ability to heal.


✅ Visualize your inner terrain. Picture the mold, the sludge, the darkness. Then picture the light coming in. You can borrow my visualization video if that’s helpful.


✅ Reflect on what you’re feeding your body.

Spiritually, emotionally, physically, and even financially—what feels heavy and what feels light?


Are you feeding your cells with real joy, or are you just checking boxes?

Start Here: 10 Radical but Doable Shifts

BE RADICAL.


  • Sleep 7–8 hours

  • Eat 120g of protein

  • Eat 30g of fiber

  • Eat whole foods

  • Walk 10k steps/day

  • Lift heavy 3x/week

  • Hydrate with minerals + electrolytes

  • Create emotion on purpose

  • Journal

  • Play



You don’t have to do it all perfectly. But you do need to do it on purpose.


The moment you choose to live in alignment, pathogens lose power.

They can’t thrive in a regulated, faith-filled, well-nourished body.
