When I look back at the last 14 years, I can see a thread running through everything I’ve walked through: the search for lasting healing.
I had my first diagnosis at just nine years old. From there, my journey included insulin resistance, Epstein-Barr, and a long list of symptoms that only seemed to pile up the older I got. Like so many of my clients today, I did all the right things—doctors, medications, protocols, yet I wasn’t getting better. In fact, I was getting worse.
That frustration became the spark. I decided I wasn’t going to accept “just live with it” as my story. I was determined to uncover how the body really heals—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—and then turn that breakthrough into hope for others.
That decision is what led to the creation of Confidently Joyful and eventually to the work I do today as a Faith-Driven Chronic Illness Healer.
Recently, I had the honor of sharing that journey on the Kingdom Campfires Podcast. We talked about:
✨ What inspired me to start this business
✨ Why “band-aid” fixes don’t last
✨ How faith and joy are foundational to healing at the root
✨ The transformation I’ve seen in myself and my clients
If you’ve ever felt exhausted from trying everything without seeing lasting results, this conversation will speak to you.
Healing isn’t about chasing the next supplement or quick fix. It’s about aligning your body, mind, and spirit with God’s design—and stepping into a life that’s not just about surviving, but thriving.
